About Linda
Linda Lesperance is a professional New Orleans artist who is noted for her fine art pastel and charcoal drawings of French Quarter related subjects.

Originally trained as a portrait artist, Linda branched out into oil painting several years ago and has had numerous one-person shows in galleries in New Orleans. She has also been juried in as a regular at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival for many years where her collectors can find her interpretations of the cultural and musical life that is unique to Louisiana. Finding a focus and a kindred spirit in her paintings of musicians she uses her portrait skills to bring focus to the people behind the music.

Extending beyond New Orleans, Linda has been juried into other blues and jazz festivals throughout the United States, such as the Monterey Jazz Festival in California and Austin City Limits in Texas.
